A once entirely industrial city, Birmingham now boasts the largest financial services, creative sectors and new business start-ups outside of London. This, together with its high graduate retention rate, means Birmingham’s culture is roaring. Likewise, Birmingham’s music scene is next to none with many world-famous venues including Symphony Hall, the O2 Institute and the Utilita Arena Birmingham.
